Envoy urges businessmen to invest in Kazakhstan

Ambassador of Kazakhstan, Barlybay Sadykov, has advised the business and industrial community of Pakistan to look into the possibility of investing or undertaking joint ventures in different sectors including agriculture and surgical instruments in Kazakhstan. Speaking at a meeting at KCCI, he said that Kazakhstan’s economy is rapidly developing and the country has ranked 28th in the Ease of Doing Business Ranking. KCCI president Junaid Esmail Makda said that Kazakhstan can help Pakistan in dealing with serious energy crises as Kazakhstan is blessed with abundant natural resources. The KCCI president expressed his eagerness to send a delegation to Kazakhstan and signing a MoU with Astana Chamber of Commerce, while also advising Kazakhstan to become a part of CPEC.
