SBP Governor Reza Baqir has said that Pakistan will achieve GDP growth of at least 3% in FY21 and above 4% in FY22 as the policy measures employed by central bank and govt. turned the trajectory upward. He cited the robust growth in large scale manufacturing, higher remittances, and record sales of cement and automobiles for his projection.
