In another development for making IMF program operational, the govt. is all set to increase power tariff by PKR 3.4-3.9 per unit under the head of Fuel Charges Adjustment for the consumers utilizing 300 units a month and private agriculture consumers. The financial burden amounting to PKR 17Bn would be recovered from the consumers in the months of March and Apr’21.
