Pakistan Customs will develop a multimodal module in WeBOC to facilitate the movement of TIR cargo via different means of transport. TIR stands for ‘Transports Internationaux Routiers’ or International Road Transport in English. The new module will include transit TIR cargo arriving via sea-port and subsequently transported by road/rail; import TIR cargo arriving via sea-port and export TIR cargo exported through sea-port.
