Remittances being sent by overseas Pakistani workers increased by 34% in May’21 as Pakistan received $ 2.49Bn as compared to $ 1.87Bn in May’20. During 11MFY21, the country received $ 26.74Bn, an increase of 29% or $ 6.08Bn from $ 20.6Bn in 11MFY20. The highest inflow was recorded from Saudi Arabia as it rose to $ 7.01Bn.
